Together we are all working to ensure people living with dementia feel valued\, included and supported to live well and age with dignity in the community. \nThe program will open with a keynote address from the Hon Meredith Hammat MLA\, Minister for Health and Mental Health (WA). It will also share stories of Dementia Change Champions and showcase how communities are creating environments that foster connection and wellbeing. \nAttendees will gain insights into improving care services\, the importance of early detection and access to support\, dementia-friendly tourism in WA\, and the progress on the Cook Government’s recently announced WA State Dementia Action Plan. \nAttendance at The Dementia Symposium like many conferences\, workshops\, and seminars meets CPD criteria for healthcare professionals.
