With over 13 years of experience in person-centred care, Mandy Holmshaw leads with heart and purpose as Social Centre Coordinator at Silverchain Fremantle. • Deliver truly individualised, joyful experiences
About the Program: The Dementia Change Program by Alzheimer’s WA is a sector-leading initiative designed to empower frontline staff to innovate dementia care in the community. Fully funded scholarships help build skills, challenge stigma, and promote positive ageing.
