I AM STILL ME

This February, Alzheimer’s WA is relaunching our iconic advocacy campaign, “I AM STILL ME.”
This campaign explores identity, dignity, and person‑centred care, reminding the community to see the person first not the diagnosis. It highlights the overarching themes of connection, empathy, living well with dementia, and encourages people living with dementia and their families to seek support.

Across the next couple of months, the campaign will appear in the following newspapers:

  • The Mandurah Times
  • The Western Suburbs Weekly
  • Perth Now Joondalup and Perth Now Southern
  • The Post Newspaper

In Perth City along St Georges Terrace, a number of bus stops will also display the I AM STILL ME imagery.

We will be sharing the campaign across our social media channels, so please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

We support families with a loved one living at home, aged 65+, who is experiencing memory loss or cognitive issues, with or without a dementia diagnosis. We can help navigate funding and services. Please reach out for free advice and support on 1300 66 77 88.
